LEADERSHIP

I seek myself to be a confident young man who can adapt to many different scenarios in different environments. I tend to adapt to it by thinking outside of the box to pursue to a different height of expertise, whether its deficits of the day and take it on for what it is. I think smart in critical scenarios and finds the best solution to approach the situation and express that to others to help lift them up.

COMMUNICATION

My best way of being able to work is using the form of communication. Verbal or non-verbal, I shine in communicating with others to get work done or work to completing a specific task. With the help of self-developed techniques, I can deliver useful messages others can use to learn off.

Twinning Project

Originating in Manchester, we focus on providing football training correlating to life skills and rehabilitation factors to help seek better lives through football in prisons and recreational facilities in Melbourne. Through this, we conduct a program including 16-20 participants over the course of an 8-week program including topics such as Leadership, Respect and Resilience, and applying these topics inside a classroom, and taking it out to the football pitch. Being able to network with multiple different organisations to help introduce a better atmosphere and comfortable space for participants to truly express their language through football.
