  • My Role is the Traffic Manager on the TfNSW Jervis Bay Road Intersection Upgrade, managing the traffic management on the project from the design assisting in the construction staging to implementation.
  • Managing the day to day operations of the traffic management systems and influentially involved with the construction staging of the project maximising the space required to facilitate the construction of the ultimate design and providing a safe easy experience for the road network.
  • Developed and managed document tracking procedures and data gathering processes.
  • Investigated traffic problems through daily to weekly traffic inspections including suggested ways to improve traffic flow and safety throughout the project limits.   • My initial position began as a Traffic Officer to assist both Stage 1 and Stage 3 Leads with their work loads, managing the TMP processes coordinating with the relevant teams in the project with their interfaces with traffic and immediate stakeholders.
  • Since starting in June i have been involved in 25-30 projects spanning from Stage 1 and stage 3, these included high impact operational projects in Sydney Gateway such as 56Hr Contraflow operations to facilitate multiple scopes of works on different occasions, also including traffic switches and multiple high impact operations throughout the project.
  • Moving into the Stage 1 Lead role in the Sydney Gateway Project, managing constructability for the project scope of works and their interfaces with traffic.
  • Heavily involved with the design stages of the project and seeing it through its project life from the TMP to the stakeholder relations and into the implementation of the proposed traffic switches
  • Involved with the implementation of the project life heavily involved in the TGS meetings and involved in prestart involving traffic impacts
  • Instrumental with the tendering process for parent company Seymour Whyte in being awarded the Western Distributor Smart Motorway Project and currently kickstarting the project.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2014 - Current

  • As a member certain voluntary service across the state is always available and encouraged and as such with an empathetic heart felt the need to help others. Also I have had the opportunity to volunteer to look after the local chapel as its custodian by taking responsibility by being well scheduled and organised.
