Perform the clinical requirements of hemodialysis nursing, utilise strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking to determine necessary patient care, and assist other staff members when patients become critically unwell. Performed the requirements of a medical imaging CT nurse, assisting radiographers and doctors with preparing outpatients, emergency patients, and inpatients for their CT scans. Performed PIVC and ultrasound-guided PIVC. Continuously assessed patients during and post-scan, and assisted in medical emergencies as required.

Temporary backfilling position. Coordinated with MDCC healthcare team members to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care plans for immediate and future care. Led the outpatient clinic conversation with the patient and their family regarding current health needs, planning for future care, and understanding the wishes of the patient long term.

Referred to and liaised with community health services to ensure a holistic care plan is in place. Led individual health education for patients and families. Updated healthcare databases and provided documentation to relevant medical staff and GP's.

Daily activities include; assessing patients, prioritising care by using critical thinking, documenting assessment findings and planning care strategies. Maintains professional relationships with other multidisciplinary teams, accessing their services with confidence as required. Preceptor of new staff members and graduates via supervised education and ongoing support. Team leader and shift coordinator as required. Fosters a safe, welcoming and respectful work environment.

Worked as part of the pastoral team to create an environment that was welcoming, facilitated community growth, and individual spiritual growth. Had responsibilities in developing and leading discipleship classes, preparing messages, delivering sermons, and facilitating weekly gatherings in the community. Participated in community outreach events. Assisted with administrative tasks related to church operations, such as managing budgets and scheduling staff meetings.
