· The services I provided were done following goal-specific plans that work to increase the level of independence for the residents.

· KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

· PERSONAL CARE: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.

· DAILY LIVING SUPPORT: Assisting with cooking, medication administration or getting around.

· SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND RECREATION AND COMMUNITY ACCESS: Assisting in attending social events and recreational venues within their community.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
