  • Regular point of contact in NSW for Careers Fairs in Sydney - always promoting the NAB brand - MLC Volume recruitment implementation project in Feb 2020
  • I was able to attend workshops with the MLC project team and consult regarding the NAB volume model and its adaptations, as well as be a point of contact for further questions with the lead up to the finalisation of the seperation throughout the year
  • Collaborating with the volume team on our Continuous Improvement project - in particular, having worked on Sparkhire VI question suites and role mapping across volume streams.
