Gap in Practice History

May 2023 - January 2024

  • May: Returned home after working in Saudi Arabia for four years. Planned to spend some quality time with family and friends before commencing process to move to Australia.
  • June - July: Unforeseen need to travel back to Saudi Arabia in order to access frozen bank account. Issue sorted and finalized mid July and returned to Ireland. One time event which will not re-occur.
  • July - August: Attended some long planned family and friends occasions.
  • September - January: Initially had aimed to be in Australia by this stage and back working, however unexpectedly needed to provide care to my parents. During this time I fully researched the coming processes and I prepared and gathered required documents in order to be ready for when the family commitments were resolved and I could travel to Australia and move forward with my original plans.
  • February 2024: Travelled to Australia, finalised recruitment process with Healthcare Australia Agency and commenced work at the earliest availability.
