It gave me the opportunity to grow, and my role evolved into all facets of the business with roles as Business Development Manager, Sales Co-Agent, Property Management Leader, Marketing Manager, Sales and Trust Account Administrator and assisting in general office management


I was instrumental in the merger of our Property Management Department from Elders Glenelg to Ouwens Casserly, ensuring our data was ready for the transition and assisting the OC PM Team with their requirements


Other key highlights of my time at Elders were developing a high performing Property Management team being awarded Property Management Team of the year in the Elders SA / NT network each year, awarded #1 for growth in property management portfolio and number of managements on multiple occasions.
