Responsible for all employment related matters in the Asia-Pacific region, including contentious and non contentious employment law matters, supporting and managing employment related litigation/arbitrations and settlement negotiations, reviewing and updating employment agreements and standard terms of employment, policies, Work Rules and Employee Handbooks as required.

Advise HR with respect to the effective management of the employee life cycle, including hiring, terminations, performance management and employment relations.

Advise on issues arising from corporate acquisitions and restructurings, as well as in-sourcing and outsourcing issues

Advise on employee benefits, variable compensation, executive packages

Develop and provide legal training for internal clients as required

Provide employment law advice in respect of compliance and regulatory issues and investigations

Provide legal advice and assistance across the Asia-Pacific region in relation to employment related matters.

Provide HR training and consulting services to employers across the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsible for advising the EOC and its members in the implementation and administration of the equal opportunities laws in Hong Kong

Provide in-house counsel legal services to the EOC

Supervise and lead team team of lawyers and para-legal staff to provide legal assistance to successful claimants in legal proceedings under the equal opportunities laws in Hong Kong

Provide legal advice in relation to commercial fraud cases in Hong Kong

Undertake criminal prosecutions in court in relation to commercial fraud cases

Provide advice and assistance to Commercial Crime Bureau of Hong Kong Police

Provide legal advice in relation to complex federal criminal cases

Instruct counsel in federal criminal trials
