Milking up to 1000 cows per shift, while maintaining high milk quality standards and a cell count under 2000.

Setting up the milking shed for each shift, ensuring plant filters have been changed, milk vat cooling is on and all equipment is running efficiently.

Reporting to owner if diary machinery needs maintenance or fixing.

Treating sick animals immediately while detecting health issues within the heard and recording all drug treatments.

General farm maintenance such as fixing troughs, fencing and keeping the dairy clean.

• Feeding of calves daily, morning and evening. Documenting each individual animal heath record while administering an appropriate drug treatment/course.
• Maintaining high quality standards of cleanliness throughout the calf shed including cleaning of pens, and keeping feeding areas immaculate.
• Training new employees to ensure a high quality of work is consistent with encouragement and enthusiasm.
• Keeping records of individual sales of calves, as well as recording stock take for supplies and drugs that are needed.
• Covering shifts for employees as well as organizing a roster.
• Making sure daily duties are done properly and efficiently and that staff are completing tasks given.

• Engaged in community outreach to support hurricane relief around different parts of the island.
• Helped organize and manage events and projects.
• Contributed to roadside clean up and participated in community programs to help the local people who where greatly affected after the storms.

• Picked fruit quickly and efficiently to meet strict time standards for product shipment.
• Worked in a fast pace physical environment, along with different hours of shift work.
• Completed various tasks such as avocado tree planting and preparation of new strawberry beds.
