Alexia Draaisma

Alexia has had multiple babysitting jobs from friends (usually from 5pm through to 10pm), and has learnt how to recognise and maintain new environments. In all cases, she has taken care of dinner, ensuring a clean and tasty meal for the children. She has listened to the parents, putting the children to bed in the suited time, making sure they do all necessary prior. Alexia has helped the children with school work during these hours, and entertained them by playing games and reading books.

During babysitting jobs, Alexia has:

• Played games, worked on puzzles, and read books to young children.
• Communicated positively with children and guardians.
• Cleaned and tidied house, by ensuring to clean after herself whilst cooking, as well as additional chores.
• Sanitized dishes, tabletops and made sure to wash hands to prevent spreading of germs.
• Maintained a clean and organized environment to ensure the well-being of children under care.
• Planned and organised her babysitting hours and would reach out if she had inquiries.

Alexia has extensive cat sitting experience and has demonstrated trust and strong rapport with clients and their cats through being repeatedly asked to cat sit by three different families throughout the year. Alexia checks in on cats every day, makes sure that they are in a healthy and clean home and will remove and clean dirt or vomit/poo.

During her cat sitting, Alexia has always:

• Refilled water bowls, prepared meals and provided companionship and playtime activities.
• Maintained a clean and healthy environment, attending to litter box duties.
• Exercised cats through interactive playtime sessions.
• Attended to the cats on a daily basis, never missing a check in.
• Checked that the cats are safe. If the cats must be let out/in from their houses, she has let them in and out, making sure they return home and are fed once arrived.
