Hi! My name is Alexie, I'm 27 years old and I’ve worked in the Hospitality industry for over 15 years with experience in Hotels, Cafes, function centres and restaurants.

I have extensive knowledge in FOH catering, waitressing, Events and Functions with a strong passion for Events.

I was born and bred in a Family-owned restaurant and gained my hospitality knowledge from a young age. Since then, my love for hospitality grew and my passion for Events and Functions only grew stronger.

I have experience working in major Events such as The International Women's Day held at the WEC, Weddings, FOH/BOH for Concerts, and many more exciting Functions.

Personally, my love for Events is very operational based with the want and willingness to learn the Admin portion if applicable.

I strive to make your business the best it can be with my exceptional customer service, attention to detail and work ethic. I’ve worked as a FOH Manager, cook / kitchen hand/ Food and beverage attendant and Hostess as well as having barista training in most jobs.
