- Regular communication with TB Officer in the State and Staff in other Facilities (PHCUs).

- Provide support supervision, Coaching & mentorship to other medical staffs through CME (continuous medical education) for capacity building to adhere to MOH guidelines.
- Participate in Clinical Officer duty rotation in Maternity, Surgery, and Pediatrics.
- Ensuring that there is no cut off in the medical supplies, equipment, and medical consumables by issuing prior request of the missing drugs early.
- Collaborate and work closely with medical & supportive staffs, hospital administration and clients and local authorities especially the County health department to ensure the smooth running of the health facility.
