I believe I have during my various engagements I have had a positive engagement with many staff and customers and deal with them with respect and honesty and have been able to listen and learn from my interactions with them. I have always relished a challenge and have taken on these challenges over my careers as a tool for learning and supporting my staff and customers to bring about a win, win for all involved, including myself and have been able to adapt to changed roles and responsibilities as required with an open mind and a zest for increasing my experiences to become a more valued and valuable employee for my employer. I have encouraged feedback from staff and customers and have become more than just a workmate but also a friend involved in small and big companies. Many of our current customers are long term customers and I have been involved in forming relationships that satisfy their needs and I believe that we offer a customer service experience that involves a level of customer service to our customers which achieves positive outcomes for all involved through effective negotiations base on mutual respect. I believe I have during my various roles over my employment history, shown excellent communication skills via mail, email, phone and in person when required and have shown my willingness to engage with stakeholders from lower levels of employees right up to the Managing Directors and CEOs of small and large companies. As an ex Soldier who required a high standard of confidentiality and security in my work as an Op Sig, I feel I still have the drive and resilience required to perform all tasks within this role and have always had the determination to do anything required to get an outcome in the best interests of all involved and adhering to the protocols and guideline that apply. After being discharged I embarked on a new career path which challenged and involved learning new things to further my career and advancement in a rapid projectory through to the level of management and after starting my various roles in the IT Industry I believe my rapid movement through the echelons of management highlighted in my resume with Email Metals Distribution Group shows.
