My achievements reflect a strong commitment to leadership, service, and continuous skill development. I have successfully taken on leadership roles across community, education, and workplace settings. As an Assistant Café Manager, I supported daily operations, delivered high-quality customer service, maintained accurate records, and worked closely with management to improve efficiency and service delivery.
I also served as a Volunteer Coordinator with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) during the Mudslide Project, where I supervised volunteers, coordinated meetings, created innovative volunteer roles, and managed reporting systems. This role strengthened my leadership, organisation, and teamwork skills while contributing to a meaningful community recovery project.
In addition, as Deputy Director of Education, Research and Publication at the Premier Elite Academy of Leadership (PEAL), I coordinated publications, managed budgets, oversaw design and production processes, and trained team members to meet strict deadlines. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Peer Tutor, supporting students who were behind academically, which helped me develop strong communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
Overall, my achievements demonstrate reliability, leadership, adaptability, and a strong ability to work with diverse teams while contributing positively to organisations and communities.
