Subcontractor & Site Management:

• Conduct on-site inspections, sampling, compaction testing and beam test for earthwork/pavement.
• Conduct concrete testing
• Collaborated with site engineers and supervisors to verify material suitability and support field construction activities.

Lab Management:

• Conducting a variety of geotechnical laboratory tests, including soil compaction, density, moisture content, Atterberg limits (PI), CBR and concrete strength testing, in accordance with Australian Standards.

Quality Assurance & Reporting:

• Prepare documented test results to ensure compliance with project specifications, design requirements, and quality standards as per Australian Standard and TfNSW Specification.
• Prepared test reports and documentation for quality assurance and submission to clients, aligning with project inspection and testing plans (ITPs).
• Prepared daily and weekly test reports, maintained sample traceability, and supported documentation required for client submissions and quality assurance audits.
• Calibration for testing apratus.

Safety Compliance:

• Comply with client safety procedure onsite during on-site testing.
• Following safe work method statement (SWMS).
• Maintained adherence to safety standards and laboratory quality control procedures.

• Set up machine for specific production.
• Perform safety check up.
• Perform product change procedure.
• Perform periodic maintenance.
• Perform repair some error in production line.

• Liaising with Client’s on a daily basis to report progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Materials procurement and control.
• Assist the project Management team with job costing, external and internal reporting, project planning and programming.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and standards codes.
• Communicate project updates and progress to clients and stakeholders.
• Complete conformance checklist report (ITPs) and non-conformance (NCRs).
• Review drawings plan and raise any design issues (RFI).
• Conducting site inspections and providing technical advice.

• Oversee concrete pouring to guarantee quality, ensure timely execution and test samples in the lab.
• Keep project paperwork organized.
