  • In beginning, I started as a kitchen hand at Guru italia cafe and Pizzeria but later while I was studying certificate 3 in commercial cookery, I started helping the chef in the kitchen
  • I was doing prep at the end of my shift, also checking the temperature of the freezer
  • I practiced all my knife skills that had been learned in my kitchen class
  • Progressively, I become a chef while I continued my study
  • I do bulk cooking over there for around 100 to 150 peoples
  • We do buffet over there also
  • Performed prep work such as chopping vegetables or marinating meats prior to service hours
  • Labeled and stored raw food ingredients in appropriate storage room, walk-in refrigerator, or freezer
