Rayyan Plaza Hotel & Offices Complex Featuring Pullman Hotel Doha - Qatar
The prestigious Rayyan Plaza Hotel & Offices Complex featuring Pullman Hotel development covers 155,311m2 in built-up area at the peak point of Qatar. The project constitutes two towers, each comprising 50 floors, a podium with car parking and a unique combination of business facilities with a variety of restaurants, ballroom and lounge areas. The signature design 5-Star Hotel tower is operated by Accor Hotels under the Pullman brand and features a total of 479 keys. includes a wide range of guest rooms, serviced apartments and distinguished Grand Suites, along with a variety of food & beverage outlets. The office tower features an open space floor concept that, state-of-the-art interior design and a lobby served by six high-speed elevators.

Hilton Hotel Doha - Qatar

The Hilton Doha Hotel consists of 309 contemporary Guest Rooms and Suites, Retails Shops, Lobby Bar, Meeting Rooms, Business Centre, Ballroom, three Kitchens, Laundry, Luxurious Spa, Outdoor Swimming Pools and Kids club, all featuring the latest audio/visual and Internet technology. Major systems include District Cooling, Gas Fired Hot Water and Steam Boilers, Air Purification, Water and Power Plants, CCTV, Access Control, Building Management System, and WIFI. Project was successfully completed and is currently under operation by Hilton.


Bayswater - Dubai - UAE

Mixed-use residential/commercial project with a total built-up area of 69,538m2 provides a working and living concept for international businesses establishing their branch offices in Business Bay. The complex comprises two tower structures with 3 basements, a ground floor, podium parking levels and 30 high-rise floors with the choice of mezzanine or loft apartments situated on the waterfront of Business Bay.


One@Business Bay - Dubai, UAE

A commercial tower of ground and 33 floors, was completed at the entrance to Business Bay. The tower structure consists of 3 basements, ground floor, 3 podium levels and 30 storeys of office space having a total built-up area of 77,003m2. A unique feature of this commercial tower is that the floor areas increase in size as the building rises, resulting from the tilted façades creating a majestic gateway for the Business Bay.

The Gemini (Design Stage and Enabling Works) - Dubai, UAE
This impressive project is a 19-storeys high rise building in Business Bay with a total built-up area of 388,679ft2. Aptly titled “The Gemini”, the high-rise building features a podium providing retail spaces, impressive commercial offices, roof gardens on the 4th and 15th floors, and tenants get to enjoy the luxury of a health club within the building, all of which are serviced with four basements used for parking.

The Binary (Design Stage) - Dubai, UAE

located in Business Bay and comprises dual 21- and 25-storeys towers fused at the centre. Incorporating unique and inspiring amenities, several indulgences such as RoboBars, a Tranquillity Zone, Napshells, an Aqua Massage, an Oxygen Bar, a beach deck, a gym, personal pit stops, a shoe shine and a library juice bar, all of which are powered by state-of-the-art modern technology.
