  • Led production of high-quality public facing collateral, Ministerial and MP briefings, advertising copy, website content and maps to communicate project information in a clear, timely, audience centric and accessible manner.

Accomplishments

    Implemented integrated, multi-channel bi-lingual communications strategy to support complex $888 million Level Crossing Removal Project achieving media and social coverage across tv, newspapers, radio and the Premier’s, Minister and local MP social channels.


    With Vicinity Centres led media, communications and stakeholder engagement strategy for one of one of Victoria’s largest private urban regeneration projects worth $1.6 billion at Box Hill securing high-profile coverage in the Herald Sun, Australian Financial Review and The Australian, seen by more than two million people.


    Managed the crisis response for the DFO Essendon plane crash with Vicinity Centres, leading a comprehensive engagement strategy to deliver clear, concise, and coordinated information to government and impacted stakeholders.


    Created new communications strategy integrating internal and external communication with Federation Centres, generating coverage across business, property, industry and local media to build the brand of newly refurbished centres in a $1.3 billion redevelopment pipeline.


    Designed and executed a national internal employee communications strategy for Australia Post using integrated, streamline channels across a network of 25,000 employees to achieve increased employee engagement of 4.6%.


    Managed international and national media and crisis communications with Tourism Victoria during the Black Saturday Bushfires and acted as the strategic advisor the Minister’s Office and Chief Executive during the crisis response.


    Developed and implemented the proactive and integrated communications strategy for the $400 million Transit Cities program with the Department of Planning and Development, achieving above-target media coverage and positive sentiment across key publications in the Melbourne metropolitan area.


    Led the crisis communications strategy for the Gippsland Floods for the Department of Justice including the media strategy, media management and media counsel for frontline officers including key message development and media materials.
