I'm a passionate and experienced early childhood teacher with over three years of working experience in centres rated as exceeding.

I genuinely love listening to children, getting to know who they are, and creating learning experiences that reflect their interests and needs. I have a strong understanding of the EYLF and always aim to bring it into my everyday practice in a way that feels meaningful and fun for the children.

One of my biggest strengths is team building— I really enjoy working alongside others and take a strength-based approach to support the team. I believe that everyone has valuable ideas to offer, and I try to create a space where all voices are heard and respected.

I’m also passionate about building trusting relationships with families and working closely with the community. I’m always looking for ways to grow and improve, and I bring a warm, reflective, and open-minded attitude to every role I take on.
