ALICE FORD

As a dedicated student, I bring strong leadership, creativity and communication skills to a team. Throughout my career as a student, I have learned the importance of being able to solve problems and manage people, whilst also creating a fun and relaxed working environment for both my peers and for the customer. 

I thrive in work environments that allow me to creatively interpret and overcome challenges. Not only am I a quick learner, but I’m quick to adapt, resilient in the face of change, and skilled in technology and languages. I’m resourceful in areas that encourage me to be quick on my feet and independent and also in service scenarios which may require me to be more laid back. 

I am passionate about my work, and consistent with my reliability inside and outside of the workplace, always on the call and working to improve the experience of the customer. I would like to express my interest in your organisation to further better my approaches to learning and life skills but also to contribute to such a welcoming and social workplace. I hope to be considered and thank you for your time

• School Captain, 2021

• In 2019, I won the Brilliant Writer's Award for a creative writing piece submitted for the English section, and a poem submitted for the French section.
• I won again in 2021, for another creative writing piece submitted for the English section.
• I was School Captain for Miles Franklin School in 2021, working with my teachers and fellow students to manage school events and policies. I was elected by my grade and would meet weekly with my fellow school captains to help better the school.
