Having worked the last 20yrs in a local family owned and operated high pressure business, mainly in front of a computer, I am looking for a low key, low pressure yet creative job to fill my days while my youngest two children (16 and 13yrs) finish their education. Reconnecting with herbs would be wonderful.

  • filter all new potential products sent to NYR and present to Management team for inclusion in the range.
  • build strong associations with a suppliers both new and existing.
  • develop a new product annually which would reach 'top ten' of retail sales.
  • coordinate new product trials and review feedback from volunteers.
  • oversee the initial manufacture process of new products.
  • continually review and renew gift boxes both packaging, product combinations and product ingredients for major retail windows - Valentines, Easter, Christmas.
  • interface with Soil Association, England to gain Organic status for raw ingredients and finished products. First health/toiletries company in England to do so.
  • review entire product range to update labeling to align with INCI requirements.
  • Attend trade shows in Anaheim, California and Frankfurt, Germany annually researching innovative ingredients, products and networking with suppliers.
