I was previously in the Childcare Industry for 20 years and have worked with all age groups up to 13yrs, along with stepping up into the position of Director for a year and preparing the centre for assessment and rating, I have become familiar with the QIP process and how to write one with all staff implementing their designs and ideas, while enjoying going through the Assessment and Rating process.


I am currently in Residential Support Work and studying Psychology, I have completed trauma training and have relevant qualifications for residential support work and currently hold first aid, blue card and yellow card. I believe I am Punctual in my job and driven to inspire and teach, to be respectful, patient and positive. While also enjoying being a team player in a diverse working environment. I am Enthusiastic with supporting colleagues and clients in any setting, I have Designed and led age-appropriate activities.
