With specialist global communication and marketing skills, I bring creativity, energy and experience to the coaching and D&I space.

Specialising in creative communications strategy, public relations and consumer experience, roles have seen me work with many high-profile members across businesses and take on lead communication positions for some of the world's most recognisable brands.

Working with inspiring people drives everything that I do and is a key focus for my career. I am a qualified Organisational Coach with passion for employee wellbeing, sustainability and responsibility. In my current role as Inclusion and Wellbeing Specialist I provide expertise and counsel to drive our company vision in the D&I area.

Currently based in Sydney, Australia after almost 10 years in London, my ambition is to encourage everyone to think with individuality first and push boundaries for creative engaging storytelling.

  • The Inclusion and Wellbeing Specialist is responsible for leading the implementation of Pernod Ricard Winemakers Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Strategy and Wellbeing Strategy, and providing specialist advice to business leaders and the wider HR team to support the achievement of our D&I and Wellbeing objectives.
  • The position contributes to the Pernod Ricard Winemakers vision and mission and strives for continuous improvement in all that we do. It aims to achieve best practice through new and initiative ways to leave our place better than we found it and contributes to creating a place where everyone is welcome.

  • As Global Public Relations Manager I was responsible for working with the wider marketing team, to deliver creative consumer centric communications campaigns and world class PR and earned media strategies driving engagement and brand fame.
  • I was consulted at key points throughout brand campaign development to ensure the inclusion of engaging storytelling so that a full 360 approach was executed to deliver a complete consumer journey.

  • Responsible for the leadership and management of Pernod Ricard Winemakers’ Ambassador teams.
  • Scope included overseeing the operation of the Pernod Ricard Winemakers Graduate Program and the ongoing development, planning and deployment of our education resources through the ambassador network of Graduate Wine Ambassadors, In-Market Ambassadors, Global Wine Ambassadors and Winemakers - all to support strategic and geographical business priorities.
  • Position acts as an important conduit between Pernod Ricard Winemakers and key stakeholders. Role required strong team leadership across a number of remote locations, high organisational and communication skills, and ability to network & influence internal stakeholders and Market Companies.

  • As International PR Manager for Chivas Regal and a member of the brand's global team, I was responsible for the development and implementation of all facets of PR across Chivas Regal global activities.
  • Including:
  • Oversee the development of global PR strategies and activations for Chivas Regal and portfolio brands;
  • Create, distribute and activate PR campaign assets including campaign toolkits, press materials, events etc;
  • Engage and manage global agencies (PR, social, digital and media), and other team members to develop high performing adaptable campaigns to deliver excellent media results;
  • Manage brand partnerships including engaging talent, contracts, activations etc;
  • Work collaboratively with local markets including Asia, America, Europe and Africa;
  • Manage extensive PR budgets across projects.

A Proud Moment -

  • Chivas’ The Venture – Chivas’ global search to find and support the most promising aspiring social entrepreneurs who want to succeed whilst making a positive impact on the lives of others. 2016 saw the coordination of 27 markets, four global press announcements, over 80 international press attendees at The Venture Final Pitch event held in New York City, and talent management of Eva Longoria and Alexandre Ricard.
