Whilst working at Westfield I dealt with a wide variety of scenarios and obtained crucial experience such as the following:

• Completed 71 practical and theoretical training modules covering critical scenarios including active armed offender response, EWIS and CMEO operations, catastrophe management, and emergency evacuation procedures.
• Executed site supervisor responsibilities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conducted internal and external patrols, secured centre access, and audited site facilities and equipment daily.
• Collaborated with VicPol during site incidents, providing footage to support investigations.
• Ensuring KPI standards are reguarly met and maintained.

• Under Civilton I performed many duties including hard work, team work, time management and effective use of resources.
• Working on a large site ensured there was always something to do, ranging from pit laying, pipe laying, concrete works, installation and repair of water/electrical and gas pipes as well as general labouring.
• Working with this company broadened my skill set as 50% of the time I was to complete my tasks myself which I had developed skills of independent work/ problem solving and there is always a way to do something.

• Utilizing time in order to complete daily deliveries ensuring customer satisfaction
• Dealing with returns and unhappy customers/handling of large amounts of cash
• Careful handling of fragile items to avoid damage to stock
• Ensuring warehouse conditions and stock were neat and packed efficiently in order to maintain safety standards
