
Compassionate and trauma-informed practitioner with experience supporting individuals experiencing domestic and family violence, mental health challenges, disability, psychosocial barriers, and housing instability. Through my work across the community sector, I have developed experience in safety planning, crisis support, advocacy, and building trusting relationships with vulnerable clients. I value person-centred and strengths-based practice and aim to create safe, supportive environments where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered. Provide trauma-informed support to victim-survivors experiencing domestic and family violence who are facing housing instability, safety concerns, and complex psychosocial barriers. Work collaboratively with clients and external stakeholders to support safety, recovery, and access to sustainable housing outcomes.
Oversaw and co-managed a caseload of NDIS participants, including Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, ensuring supports were delivered in line with individual goals and organisational standards. Also completed temporary acting manager responsibilities across multiple service areas.

In this role, I provided support to people with disability at a learning and lifestyle center as they identified and pursued their goals for daily living, community participation and creating and maintaining relationships. As a recovery support worker, I provided person-centred support to two women with complex trauma histories and mental health diagnoses who had transitioned from long-term inpatient mental health care. In this role, I developed strong, trusting relationships with both clients.
