Alisia Muscat

Melbourne,VIC

Summary

I graduated university as a secondary teacher, originally choosing that path for my passion of helping others learn and grow. Serendipitously I landed a career in a completely different field, leveraging the same skills. With over 10 years of leadership experience. I continue my passion of helping others grow, whilst constantly challenging my own learning and development within the industries of Tech & creative, and across all different sectors.

Late last year I landed my dream role. Applying all the skills I’ve learnt as a teacher, producer, client partner and Managing Director to be the COO of a Social Impact design & Innovation company. Today is an independent agency who has partnered with Government, NGOs and NFPs over the past 12 years to design and deliver change across services intersecting with Climate, Care & Communities.
