Lead the day-to-day operations for the business (2 x studios) to ensure we achieve commercial and impact goals. Responsibilities include;

• Ownership of P&L & balance sheet
• Achieving sales targets
• Team (65ppl) is well supported and has optimal conditions to do their best work
• Client expectations are met and regularly exceeded by delivery high quality effective work
• The work is recognised as leading, for impact and world-class craft
• Company wide communication for an informed, motivated and engaged workforce
• Oversee and support the information flow and allocation of work across the team

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role were in line with the Managing Director roles previously held, with a revised focus on the Australian market.

• This role was purposely designed to lead a more cohesive and efficient team under a new country model
• I designed and led the restructure whilst on maternity leave
• Returning to work in October 2023 in this new role
• It allowed me to be more focused on the local team, strengthening my relationships on the ground in Australia

• Whist still in the Managing Director, Melbourne role I took responsibility for the performance of the AUNZ region
• I had direct line management of all business leaders, aligning them to one strategy and operating model.

• Responsible for the performance of the Melbourne studio (flagship and largest within APAC region) across Employee, Commercial, Reputation & Client pillars
• 150 people / Team engagement / P&L Management / Revenue / Business Development / Partnership Management / Reputation
• In my tenure in this role I evolved the studio to have a more balanced view of team & commercial metrics, whilst adapting our ways of working to constantly improve client engagement scores.
