  • Supported my workplace's library operations by conducting regular inventory checks of borrowed materials, handling the independent check-in and check-out process of library resources through the OLIVER system, accurately organising and re-shelving resources, managing overdue fines and enforcing library policies.
  • Elevated the library's public profile and usage by promoting available services and resources through setting up computer and digital device access through SORA, helping patrons select appropriate reading material and locate resources, and participating in library community events such as the CBCA's Book Week.
