My role is to provide customers with a timely, personalised and high-quality support service to determine their eligibility for a variety of Government services and assistance packages,I assist them with the application process and make referrals to external organisations that can provide further assistance when required.I provide customers with positive interactions whilst maintaining professionalism and providing accurate information relating to the individual customer’s needs

I comply with privacy requirements and legislative obligations to ensure confidentiality, privacy and integrity of information is not compromised. I often have emotionally difficult customer conversations that require a high level of resilience, empathy and compassion

I attend Community events promoting the Savings Finder Program, I build and maintain connections with other local organizations that aid vulnerable customers so that I can refer to the relevant service when required.

I have been deployed on numerous occasions to work in Disaster Recovery Centre's assisting customer’s that have been impacted by a Natural Disaster.
