I started at the Christie Centre as a volunteer and soon discovered my calling. I was offered a casual position as a DSW soon after volunteering at the centre.

Having a retail and hospitality background.

My skills where uterlised in the social enterprise of the Mildura Chocolate company.

This became a management position where I was responsible for the the production and to upskill 4 supported employees.

I continued this role for 9 years. I chose to move back into the role as a DSW, and went back into day programs, based at ARU and LSOP.

My programs include Choir, Drama, Community Access, Cooking.
