The most important aspect of my role, is within people development along with customer service which i thrive within and have found extremely rewarding. As a Store Manager my duties includes, But is not limited to;

  • Following all Policies and Procedures,
  • Ongoing coaching and training for staff within my store and assisting other managers/teams within the business,
  • Inducting and supporting new managers into the Business, often creating and Implementing coaching sessions for Managers and Assistant store Managers within my state
  • Performance Management within my team and Supporting other management teams driving KPIS
