I completed and conducted a month-long program teaching primary school kids how to play hockey. Dealing with students of all ages across the school and with diverse needs and skill levels. Fostering a positive environment and listening and addressing student concerns and behvaiours while maintaining planned sessions.

I currently work in a local pub here in Albury between University and other commitments.

• As a part of the team at Augustus Gelatery I had a more leadership role as an on-shift supervisor and 2IC position. Through this I learnt how to manage and help coworkers on shift and ensure that everything for the shift runs smoothly. This included taking stock, delegating roles, managing hours for staff, answering the phone, and dealing and problem solving with any issues that raised.

• While working in this busy café, I learnt the important skills for great customer service. I gained skills of interacting with customers, taking orders, managing multiple tables at once, helping and managing other staff, handling money, making drinks for orders, general cleaning and the opening and closing of the café.
