As part of my role with the QPS I am a Driver Trainer with a PCYC program called Braking the Cycle which supports learner drivers without access to a supervisor or registered vehicle to complete their logbook hours. The aim of the program is to provide young people with increased employment opportunities, community connection and driver education

• Deliver professional and high quality musical performances to enhance the public image of the Queensland Police Service
• Communicate and interact positively and professionally with the community to help improve public relations with the Queensland Police Service
• Work effectively in a team environment to achieve the highest standards of performance and entertainment
• Attend scheduled rehearsals/practice to maintain an open standard of skill and expertise
• Undertake additional roles including piping equipment and accessories purchasing
• Organise music and attend at retired officer's funerals and various community solo performances
• Attend Sunshine Coast PCYC and participate in a programme Braking the Cycle, giving young under privileged people the chance to earn the hundred-point required for open licence
• I have acted up as Pipe Major on several occasions, recently in 2017 at State funerals of
• Police Officers Killed on duty

• Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Gladstone, Ipswich, & Robina, Longreach, Thursday Island and
• Torres Strait
• Contributed to the Queensland Police Services high profile induction parades at Wacol and
• Townsville and assisted at the Queensland Correctional Services at their induction parades at Wacol
• Performed at high profile events for the Police and the Government including Anzac Day
• Parades, Government House and Parliament open days
• Attended various crime prevention training lectures, domestic violence training lectures, and first aid training.

• Employed in the construction industry as a painter and decorator of new homes, responsible to the building contractor
• Supervisor of other contractors in the absence of the building contractor
• Participated in renovation work after the January 2011 flood in Brisbane.

• In Insch, Scotland, painting new homes as a sub-contractor, as well as home renovations
• Primarily responsible to individual home owners or developers.

• Employed in the construction industry in Wollongong, NSW, as a painter and decorator of new homes, responsible to the building contractor
• Supervisor of other contractors in the absence of the building contractor.

• Subcontracting privately for interior decorating and design.
