Every class I focus on creating a sense of light-heartedness and fun to each session, keeping the energy high and calm for clients to escape from their day and focus on themselves. I love seeing my clients evolve as they build strength, flexibility and awareness through each class. Through adjustments and personalised modifications (without singling anyone out) I ensure each client receives the care and attention they need to enjoy their workout and progress towards their goals.
