Aftermarkets sales target for on-site services in Western Australia (WA) for all product lines of Schenck Process
Promote service capabilities to WA clients
Deliver service estimations (quotations) based on customers enquiries and/or service engineers’ leads, that meet current service
agreements and internal pricing rules
Gain market intelligence to deliver accurate service resource planning
Complete weekly safety reporting in regards to on-site services
Compile monthly management reports
Deliver accurate SOW & handover forms to all stake holders to ensure efficient completion of service jobs
Expedite client quotations / SOW details / Manning lists
Review, update & maintain accurate service calendar details to ensure correct resources are aligned with effective service execution
Drive service tool maintenance, registers, packing, dispatch & receivable tasks to ensure effective resources are available to execute
service requirements
Expedite, review and issue service reports to client and store in CASPA.
Complete & authorise employee, contractor timesheets.
Provide administrative support to all on-site services on the West Coast, such as (but not limited to), raising sales orders / service
orders, coordination of flights, accommodation, car hire, training, medicals and generating job calculations required for invoicing of
services delivered. Ad Hoc Aftermarkets spares jobs as required to support the business.
Coordinate breakdown, preventative and improvement maintenance activities with the client and ensure those activities are
performed in a safe, timely and cost effective manner
Coordinate “On Call” emergency breakdown services as required
Coordination of medicals, inductions and training for service personnel.
