Transportation of springwater. Departing empty from Asahi Beverages in Albury to a number of water sources in the Victorian area for loading. Most commonly being Myrtleford, Stanley, Nug Nug and Kancoona. Returning to Asahi Albury for unloading. Occasionaly delivering to a Melbourne site. As Blackmount is based in Gordon Vic. I was expected to work mostly unsupervised apart from tracking on vehicles. Recieving a schedule of work requirments via txt message the night before and following plan as requested, adjusting or altering as need be. Maintaining a close vidual on equipment being truck and trailers and reporting or having issues/problems rectified if needed. Working as part of a small team of six drivers to ensure smooth operations as time allocation is very important in this role. Being with the company for six years allowed me to take on several tasks not generally expected, but in my eyes essential in day to day operations. Observing issues or potential issues whilst maintaining water sources for smooth operations. Ensuring general cleanlyness and safety standards were met or exceeded.

Driving interstate Austalia wide delivering forklifts to both dealerships and buyers. Backloading with general freight. Only leaving to stop interstate driving for a local job as i had spent almost 20 years on the road.

This is exactly the same role as Hunts transport driving interstate Australia wide delivering oversize equipment. The company contract was taken over by Gunn Freight who i was working for under Quickwell Express as my boss owned both buisnesses.

• Supervised yard operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies as night shift manager.

• Minimized downtime by performing minor vehicle repairs en route when necessary, ensuring prompt arrival at destinations. This was a must as i ran Australia wide often to Western Australia across the Nullabour.
