Reading and interpreting drawings
- Preparing moulds, including applying release agents.
- Gelcoat taping and assembling additional parts and preparing moulds
- Laminating fiberglass components to a lamination schedule ( hulls and small parts)
- Performing in-line inspections to minimise quality issues, gel coat imperfections, and air voids
- Installing structural materials such as wood, foam and core mat,
- Handling hazardous chemicals such as catalyst, resin, gel coat and structural adhesives and maintaining the shed in a clean and
tidy manner, including organising tools and materials in order to avoid any safety issues.

- Using chop gun to spray with attention to detail and be precise in their work.

- Carrying out both cosmetic and structural surface and gelcoat repairs
- Sanding, buffing and polishing finished surfaces
- Any/all aspects of detailing and buffing
- Use of trade hand tools and machinery
- Performing in-line inspections to minimise quality issues
- Communication and teamwork within a team environment
