  • Key responsibilities
  • Manage an internal team of 8 consisting of Team Leader, Recruitment Consultants, Sales Consultants and Coordinators.

  • The company’s overarching goal is to triple gross revenue within 36 months whilst maintaining our margins

  • On Track is a 7 year old recruitment agency who are subject matter experts in community health care, local and state government bodies.
  • Achievements
  • Have won 6 new key clients since October who offer ongoing and shutdown projects. These clients were onboarded at average margin of 14% and by end of fin year will represent $750,000 in additional revenue.
  • Have successfully trained, coached and guided our 2 new BDM’s since November 2024. Both BDM’s have a healthy client base that have been created over the past 7 months.
  • Created a robust HR platform for all staff to be involved with. This new platform offers staff to feel valued, promotes integrity and provides everyone with career path options.

  • I Report to the board of directors with full P & L accountability in excess of $86m turnover. Our goal for 2024/25 was to achieve $110m in revenue whilst improving our margin by 2.5%.
  • Key responsibilities
  • Manage an internal team of 16 consisting of Head Of Recruitment, Recruitment Consultants, Business Development Managers, Recruitment Coordinators, Office Manager and line managers.
  • Ensure that both businesses (Indigeco & MobReady) have clear growth strategies and that the vision is shared amongst the wider team
  • Manage the leadership team by way of inspiring others, possessing a fearless approach and to remain fully focused on results – sales revenue targets (as per budget) and margin thresholds.
  • Indigeco (National Agency Recruitment) specialising predominately in health care, civil infrastructure, engineering, local, state and federal government. MobReady GTO is an Indigenous only Group Training Organisation connecting trainees and apprentices with employers of choice.
  • Achievements
  • Responsible for creating and implementing HR framework including creation, implementation and tracking of KPI’s
  • Won several new national key accounts including numerous clients to the annual value of $5.7m in gross revenue. Labour Hire margin was greater than 12% across the 3 new clients. Other new clients just being onboarded are CBP Civil and BMD Civil. Other notable margin wins (>than 17% were Ertech).
  • Awarded best national Indigenous company at the recent National Telstra awards
  • Successfully trained and developed key staff on advanced digital platforms to enhance a greater return on investment
  • Created and implemented a robust business plan for our start up Group Training Organisation with a view to be turning profit by end of Quarter 4, 2023/24 FY
  • Created and implemented a new Human Resource framework that heavily focuses on our best asset, our people.

  • Brought on several new clientele to the business. These included Oxley Home Care, 365 Home Care, Estia Health and Feros Care.
  • Managed the biggest recruit for Australian Unity for the start of COVID lockdown in 2021. Managed many different challenges including media exposure, minimise the impact on internal staff and contractors during this challenging time.
