As this was a start up I helped in all departments including reception, maintenance and property management. Once the business grew I had a role 100% as Licensed Estate Agent.
When I returned to my home town on Mansfield (Victoria) I started my career in Real Estate. I started at Mansfield Real Estate in Reception and during my time there completed roles as both a Personal Assistance to the lead Sales Agent and also to the Director. I assisted in Property Management and once I became a fully licensed Real Estate Agent i began assisting in Sales.
The lead Sales Agent then left Mansfield Real Estate to start her own agency named District Property Group and took me with her in 2016.
Being in a Sales based role, and other customer service positions within this business I have excellent people skills

While I have extensive experience with face to face service (through both appraising and showing properties), my initial contact with the client is almost always via phone so I have an excellent phone manner
