ALEXANDRIA WOOD

BROKEN HILL,NSW

Summary

I have had a passion for social work concepts and approaches long before I began my degree. Since then, I have developed a sense dedication for respect for persons, social justice, empowerment and professionalism. Throughout my roles in case management, foster care, the court system, disability support work and youth work I have gained understanding of the complexities and uniqueness of each person while also adapting my practice to the standards of each organisation. Additionally, I have well developed skills in time management and prioritisation after successfully running my sole trader business as a NDIS support worker. I am a highly-motivated employee with desire to take on new challenges. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Adept at working effectively unsupervised and quickly mastering new skills.
