I am a sales-oriented individual looking for an opportunity to grow within a role or business. While my primary background is in the automotive and agricultural sectors, I am interested in expanding my skill set and open to exploring new industries.
Since starting at TKV Group, my primary role has encompassed various sales aspects, from account management to proactive sales. I have now taken on the role of Sales Team Leader for the agricultural division of TKV Group shouldering additional responsibilities on top of my sales role, such as creating sales strategies, collaborating with the marketing team, and overseeing the day-to-day management of the agricultural sales team.
By mid-2017, I moved into a full-time sales position and assumed day-to-day management responsibilities for the tyre shop, in conjunction with another sales employee. This customer-facing role involved a large amount of face to face and phone enquiries being a retail tyre shop, our customers ranged from individual car / ute owners to truck and agricultural machine operators. Additionally, I managed overflow inquiries from the rental business, successfully converting them into rental contracts.
In 2016, upon completing Year 12, I transitioned into a versatile role across two family-owned businesses: machinery hire and a retail tyre shop. Initially, I began my work career by fitting tyres and performing basic mechanical work such as suspension upgrades and car servicing. During periods when the second family business was struggling for staff, I supported its operations by pre-hiring and cleaning rental machinery.
In 2017, I enrolled at TAFE College, successfully earning a Certificate II in Underbody Mechanical.

Since joining TKV, our team has significantly expanded the agricultural segment's turnover from 3-4 million dollars to in excess of 15 million. A notable personal achievement includes surpassing the 1 million dollar mark in my own monthly sales several times over the last two years.
