I have enjoyed my journey in the hydraulic industry and feel i could use my skills to do more which is why i thought of contacting pirtek springwood. - Manufactured hydraulic hoses for customers with attention to detail such as Terex Cranes (AT20), AT40) and mac 25 cranes and volvo.
- Have a broad knowledge of the different fitting types and application. I am able to identify a fitting through it's characteristics and dimensions.
- Tested and certified hoses based on customer requirements.
- Experience in depressurising hydraulic lines through valves etc.
- Measured distances precisely to repair and install parts within strict tolerances.
- Maintained up-to-date knowledge on industry standards, innovations, and best practices by attending training sessions and conferences.
- Compared current tooling, equipment and component dimensions and performance against original technical documentation to detect inconsistencies and performance lags.
- Extensive experience using different crimpers and dyes to execute correct specification of crimp. Used tools such as verniers to confirm product safety.
- Experience in trouble shooting hydraulic machinery
