Accomplishments

    Being in banking there's incredible importance when dealing with peoples, money and goals.

    Working within the business banking requirements, I had the pleasure in building a very strong client base. Given the emotional connection when starting a new business, it was important that I was able to connect fast with the client and provide a smooth process within a complex situation.

    I've been extremely successful in my customers surveys with score ratings of 10/10 which has continued to be consistent throughout the years.

    This has lead to clients to have trust in my business relationship and teams members seeking coaching from my approach in building rapport and 10/10 customer satisfaction.

Achievement /Hobbies

Music is a wonderful hobbie for me. Though I did work in the music industry for a while. Fun fact about myself was back in 2004 when Guy Sebastian won Australian Idol I had the pleasure in co-writing his number 1 hit song "All I need Is You" which went to number one in Australia and 5 times platinum. Playing guitar and singing is a passion and continue to enjoy. 


On a career standpoint, I'm extremely proud of the outcome regarding positive relationships I've built within a team culture to make the work environment a professional and exciting place to work. Not only high customer satisfaction, but staff culture is incredibly important.
