• I provide customer service, assist with medication inquiries, and support the daily operations of the pharmacy. This position has strengthened my knowledge of common medications, pharmacy processes, and safe handling practices, which has been highly beneficial to my nursing studies and clinical placements. I’ve developed strong attention to detail, communication skills, and an understanding of medication safety and patient education.

I supported patients preparing for surgery by assisting with hygiene, mobility, and vital sign monitoring under RN supervision. I provided reassurance and communicated effectively with patients and staff in a fast-paced environment. My role also involved maintaining infection control standards, preparing admission paperwork, and working collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
