Methodist Ladies’ College - 10 Weeks
  • In a pre-primary classroom, made every effort to build strong, reciprocal and respectful relationships with all children and their families. Researched the school thoroughly to ensure that the context and values were understood. Managed a range of behaviours for children aged four to five years, and engaged them in a variety of lessons tailored to their individual needs and interests, whilst following the curriculum and the schools teaching pedagogy. Collaborated with mentor teacher and other colleagues to moderate and seek constructive criticism. Implemented a range of play-based and inquiry-based experiences to deepen knowledge in areas such as food and fibre production and counting backwards. Was in charge of wall displays and table top activity set ups.

2024

Nedlands Primary School - 5 Weeks
  • In a year 1 classroom, engaged in forming meaningful relationships with students and their families. Planned, conducted and assessed multiple small group and whole class learning experiences across the five weeks. Worked towards half days of teaching and two full days of teaching. Gained multiple resources and teaching strategies and worked in collaboration with mentor to moderate assessments and forward plan learning. Implemented multiple play-based activities to support the curriculum learning. Was in charge of a group of five on an excursion to AQWA, engaging them in learning opportunities throughout the day.

Mercy College - 4 Weeks
  • In a pre-primary classroom, engaged in forming meaningful relationships with students and their families. Planning and conducting multiple small group lessons over the weeks creating own activities and resources. Planned and conducted ten whole class learning experiences. Began experimenting with assessing the children’s work. Engaged in the play-based pedagogy. Was in charge of choreographing the class assembly dance routines.

  • In the infant and toddler room, engaged in forming relationships, learning about developmental milestones, collecting resources and teaching strategies, planning and conducting two learning experiences, assisting in clean up, meal time, sleep time and nappy changes.

  • Casual relief employee at Climb Pre-Kindergarten. February 2021 – 2023.

Duties: Floating around in the different learning centres supervising the children and assisting the educators in teaching and assisted with educated play. Forming strong and meaningful relationships with the children and their families. Leading shared reading experiences along with follow up table top activities.


  • Relief education assistant at St Mary’s Anglican Girls’ School. January 2025 – present.

Duties: Assisting in creating resources for the children to use during activities. Monitoring children during play and mat sessions to assist with engagement. Spending time with children one-on-one to foster relationships. Cleaning up after activities and being involved in recess and lunch duty.


  • Dance teacher at Dance Etc. January 2022 – December 2023.

Duties: Taught hip-hop, jazz and lyrical classes to children aged 4-12 years. Nurtured nervous students, reinforced good behaviour, provided guidance for correct dance technique, teaching choreography for fun and for the end of year concerts. At dance concerts would supervise children, assist with fast costume changes and with taking children beside stage to get ready for their routines.

Meticulously handled POS system transactions including; credit, cash, exchanges, returns and refunds to ensure seamless and accurate cash flow. Maintained a clean, organised inventory and curated displays of rotating seasonal clothing and items. Anticipated customer needs and provided them with high quality service whilst upholding brand standards and values to ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Part time employee at Hoyts Cinema. September 2021 – October 2024.

Duties: Provide excellent customer service on both LUX Bar and Artie’s Bar and Café. Provide food and drink delivery service on LUX Floor whilst responding to service buttons promptly, also providing assistance to other areas needing help. Create drinks and process orders through the POS system. Maintaining a clean, organised work space following all OHS regulations.
