I have struggled with my own mental health in the past, as well as cared for those close to me for many years. I have a wealth of lived experiences, and excellent self-reflective practices, having been on a healing journey for a long time.
I am at a point where I have come out the other side of my experiences, and with my study so far can see how I could help many others still in their struggle.
I have a particular interest in outreach work, and peer work.
