A highly motivated and creative 20-year-old with a passion for media, design and administration. With an innate ability to create meaningful relationships and communicate effectively with customers and clientele. • Co-Showrunner, SYN Radio 90.07 FM, 06/01/24 - Present, Generator and developed an idea for an all inclusive radio show and podcast with a focus on creating a community and voice for Neurodivergent, QTPOC. Participated in pre-production including; Development of production timelines, sourcing resources and creating/producing engaging content. Handled media marketing. Demonstrated effective communication skills by; consulting with team members, contacting potential guests and collecting and responding to feedback.
• Your Shot Contestant, Your Shot Competition, 08/01/23 - 06/30/23, Provided tools for building a brand, given DJ lessons and industry insights by promoters. Attended fortnightly informational meetings. Mentored and taught by experienced DJ artists.

• DJ Skills, Yarra Youth Services, 09/01/23 - Present, Applied interactive concepts to improve music quality, Operated DJ controllers, USBs, microphones, Rekordbox and headphones, Implemented feedback from youth mentors to enhance quality and outcomes
• FReeZA Youth Committee, Maroondah City Council, 02/01/23 - 12/31/23, Delivered exceptional customer service, verified invitations and resolved concerns as needed, Proposed ideas and participated in meetings for events targeting local youth, Networked and researched entertainment and venues to meet event criteria, Managed events including; setup, catering and decorations, Developed and promoted marketing material and social media strategies from a youth perspective using data based evidence.
