Created my own range of Super food meals and Ice creams to go in all Farmer Jacks stores in WA and expanded into Sydney supermarkets, These meals were fresh food daily in stores offering a healthy range of take away meals. I was featured in cooking & writing Cheese Recipes for WA Cheese week.

I created a high anti-oxidant Vegan Ice cream which I sold to Supermarkets in Perth and Sydney.

My business Buddha Soul Restaurant was founded by myself in Bali in 2009. During this time I operated the business and also run under Management. I created healthy food and drink recipes using Super foods of Bali and also globally.

I authored and published 3 Super food Cookbooks which sold within Australia and also on Amazon in the US. These books were also written up in many health and wellness magazines and journals in Australia. All 3 cook books were launched at the Boat Shed in Cottesloe and (featured in the West Australian), where they still cook and sell recipes from the cook books.

My passion for health and wellness and Super food secrets were written in these books.

Responsible for starting the Corporate travel office in Perth and expanding and setting up offices in Melbourne and Sydney. Achieving results to become one of the top Corporate Travel Agencies in Australia.

I was initially responsible for starting up gaining new Corporate clients and accounts through direct sales.

I was also initially responsible for recruiting travel agents and sales staff and led an extremely proactive Customer Service program of the Company.

During that time we took many of our VIP clients on overseas and interstate trips as a thank you for using our services. Involved in setting up Wellness Programs and Healthy Meal plans for staff across Australia. Regularly hosting Corporate Events and Hospitality days.
