I have 18 years’ public and private Nursing experience across Australia, the United Kingdom and voluntarily in Africa. I hold multiple Adjunct Professor positions, have previously taught tertiary Nursing subjects and currently coach Whanu Binal Indigenous scholarship business students. I have completed a Bachelor of Nursing in the top 15% in Australasia with membership invitation to the Golden International Honour Society. I have also completed a Masters of Nursing (Perioperative) with Distinction; a Masters of Business Administration; and International Hospital Federations (IHF) Young Executive Leaders (YEL) Program and have completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course. Professionally my interests include promoting Nursing and Midwifery and building a connected, culturally safe workforce with digitised systems that excels in affordable, safe patient and staff care. Personally, I am a mum of two and an active member of the Ngai Tahu New Zealand Maori tribe.
