  • Working directly with my offshore suppliers to ensure transparency across supply chain.

  • Working directly with local and offshore mills in the development of sustainable fabrications for our in house labels (t-shirts and basics) and for private label development.
  • Oversee customer orders for screen printing, digital printing, embroidery and label change, this included re-orders and SOH management of AS Colour, Stanley/Stella, Earth positive and Continental.
  • In-house label development of our own basics brands.
  • Buying of Australian grown cotton, certified organic cotton and other traceable fibres, whilst ensuring manufacturing and sustainability certifications industry wide are current.
  • Partaking in necessary Ethical Clothing Australia (ECA) audits and training.
  • Managed budget implementations, employee reviews, training, production schedules and negotiate.
  • Developed and maintained relationships with customers and external makers (ECA certified) through increased sales and account development.
  • Maximised efficiency by coaching and mentoring staff on management principles, industry practices, company procedures and systems.
  • Liaising directly with our offshore manufacturers (all certified) in product development of our larger bulk orders. This was to achieve better costings for clients, or for more technical garment manufacturing (ie. wovens vs circular knitwear).

  • Directly managed approx 600 active wholesale stockists across Australia and New Zealand for a Fast Fashion Major Ice Design. (Ice Design was the Retail sector with 167 stores, and Pure Hype was the Wholesale brand/division, I managed our wholesale division.)
  • Weekly interstate travel to meet one on one with clients either in their stores or in a booked showroom/meeting space for the week. (I travelled 40 weeks of the year)
  • 2 overseas trips a year to China, LA and NY to accompany business owner on buying trips to assist with product sourcing for development accounts (Wetseal, Forever21, New Look).
  • Worked towards and exceeded massive weekly sales targets set by business owner, we had on average 150 new styles plus colour ways landing per week.
  • Conducting client sales calls and weekly repeat order management.
  • Approval of daily, weekly and monthly new arrival emails and collection of email orders and data entry.
  • Arranging and facilitating quarterly warehouse clearance with select buyers.
  • Management of 2 sales assistance.
