During this time I was living in Thailand and traveling.
I did have several paying jobs,

As a Community Services and Mental Health worker and Case Manager I have managed to change the circumstances in many people life's. I have had the ability to get some clients in to Housing Social and Affordable Housing.
I have had the personal experience of finding more than one client in squaller and totally changing their circumstances with their trust and confidence in myself to take on board support services with the help of the NDIS to not clean but to gutter their apartments and build them a wonderful safe, clean, functional and proud place to live.
With my ongoing support and help they have managed to totally maintain their properties and find a new passion for Housework, home maintenance and the wonderful feeling of having pride of their home environment. This has been extremely satisfying for me to see my clients happy and proud, sometimes for the first time in their life's.
Another major accomplishment is working with clients with Alzheimers and Dementia. Using my spiritual belief's which are totally non judgemental, that life can be fun and peaceful even though they have declining memory and human function.
I take them out into nature, beaches, parks, gardens and places that they do remember as small children and happy adult memories.
This has been extremely rewarding, challenging and has taught me so much about life its self.
I have wonderful memories and accomplishments working in small communities (Villages) in Thailand after the 2004 Tsunami.
When there was to be several volunteers however only myself and one other turned up or the project and I ended up running the project on my own for several weeks, teaching children three different age groups a day and then adults at night English.
I then moved on to my next own little project teaching children to swim in Aonang Krabi. During that time I was involved with World Vision and Unicef Thailand.
During this time there was we endured the 2008 Cyclone (Nargis) in Myanmar.

As I have spent most of my life in the Fitness Industry and many years competing in long and medium distance running, whilst I don't compete anymore I have taken up some new Fitness passions like Kickboxing- Cardio Kickboxing- Weight training and loads of different classes that keep my regime always interesting.
I love wonderful healthy nutrition and love cooking. I cook for some of my clients as I do their Nutrition plans as well as a part of my work with them.
I try to live a lie of balance that includes my physical activity while loving nature and trying to make the most out of spending , time in the bushlands on the north shore, the beaches where I take clients for walks and on the Harbour on ferry rides to Circular Quay, Manly and many other places around Sydney Harbour.
I have a passion working with people and I have done so my whole life. I find it extremely rewarding as not only do I learn allot about other people I always learn allot about myself.
I have a passion for my Humanitarian work & Volunteer work in South East Asia. I have lived in Thailand on and off since 1998, so I really do have a Thai family there as well as a Thai boss from Openminded projects in Southern Thailand- Krabi. I was to go to Krabi in 2008 for a about 6 weeks to do Volunteer work, however I stayed around 8 to 9 month to continue to be apart of th communities there and teach children swimming and English to children and Adults.
I do have a passion for Social and Affordable housing as well as Real Estate and I believe that it is a human right for all people to have a safe, affordable, clean, secure and private personal space for all people to live. This has always been a passion of mine and early on in my career I left my dream job in high end Real Estate to follow a career in Affordable and Social Housing.
I try to live a life of balance and because I an have some complex clients with complex issues I practice daily Meditation which gives me total piece, some stillness and grounds me. Where it has been appropriate I have also taught my clients the power and piece of Meditation as it truly serves a purpose in self care, self compassion and healing the mind and body.
